6 ounces of tuna seared to a perfect medium-rare, with a crispy seeded exterior. Served with house-made ginger-sesame sauce.

Delicious slices of HEIRLOOM tomatoes, topped with Burrata cheese, fresh basil, and drizzled with E.V.O.O. and balsamic glaze.
- Firecracker Shrimp -
Special house blend of hot spices, tossed with 1/2 pound of shrimp, sauteed to perfection, served with a cool side of dipping sauce.

This one is dedicated to Mark Palm. Served on our house-made Cuban bread is an 8 ounce N.Y. Strip steak, flame broiled to a medium-rare and basted with firecracker sauce. We thin slice the steak and garnish with Swiss cheese, wasabi aioli, arugula and heirloom tomatoes.
- Simply Cubano –
The simplest of ingredients, yet perfectly delicious. Inside our house-made Cuban bread you will find thick sliced ham, roast pork, dill pickles, Swiss cheese and traditional yellow mustard.
- Pesty Chicken –
So much flavor packed into this gal! A juicy grilled chicken breast comes layered with Burrata cheese, arugula, heirloom tomatoes and topped with Chef Nicole's pesto sauce.

All dinners come with a starch, vegetable and choice of soup or salad.

Creamy blend of cheeses, fresh garlic, Italian herbs, spinach and sundried tomatoes. Served with Italian herb marinated chicken breasts and garnished with pesto. Served with house-made garlic Challah bread and choice of salad or soup.
- Sesame Ginger Tuna -
8 ounce seared tuna, glazed with house-made ginger sesame sauce, served with rice, seasonal vegetable, and choice of salad or soup.
- Cajun Fried Shrimp -
1/2 pound of shrimp, hand-breaded to order and fried to perfection. Served with your choice of starch, seasonal vegetable and choice of salad or soup. Accompanied by side of Jalapeno-Cilantro-Lime sauce.
- Carribean Pork rib eye -
Prime pork rib eye basted in Carribean marinade, char-broiled to a medium center, topped with pineapple salsa and served with your choice of starch, seasonal vegetable. Comes with salad or soup.
